Birkrigg Stone Circle

A beautiful sunny day today at Birkrigg stone circle near Ulverston. Very peaceful and tranquil looking out over Morecambe bay with the sounds of birds flying around the fells. I intended to go to the Manjushri ( a lovely Buddhist temple) this morning but when I got there it was closed as they have a Buddhist festival on for a few weeks so I ended up at this lovely spot. It is great how you get guided to where you are meant to be in the end.
